Change Ubuntu 11 scrollbars back to the old style

Pretty annoying those “new” scrollbars in Ubuntu 11. Better was if they become a part of theme you’re running. But instead you need to remove them from your Ubuntu 11 system using apt-get. The answer which is marked as “best answer” works like a charm, just run the command, enter your password and the nasty scrollbars are gone!
